Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born on the 4th of October, 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001), and in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. The series was launched with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is a part-Italian. Cook has made her public service announcement while in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
